Kerry Ellis

Kerry Ellis went on last night. After Emerald City, the curtain came down and someone came out and said Idina was sick and Kerry was to take over the performance! Aparently she was fntastic which is always good to hear.

Poor Idina! So Kerry took over half way through the show?

Glad to hear That kerry performed well ..

Do we know what was wrong with Idina ??

I hope it's just a cold or something...

I remember seeing her in We Will Rock You and thinking what a great voice she had. She was certainly the highlight of that show for me.

Someone was told it was tonsilitis , Then i read a cold and not feeling 100%, she is not performing in tonights show , :www22222:

Yeah alot of places have been saying she had tonsilitis Martin Ball has updated his blog on Kerrys first night. He said she was good and London wicked is in safe hands when Idina leaves. I can't wait to see her performance in January though i will miss Idina.

she seemed ok last weekend. i hope she gets better soon, for all the fans that want to see her before she leaves.

My body is obviously so devoted to Idina that it decided to get ill too lol

Is she going to sing with a tonsillitis?? No recovering? I think she should stay in bed for a week.

I've read on another board tonight that Idina will be back on Saturday.

Well if reasted properly you can get over tonsilitis quickly

Poor thing. I saw a video on YouTube of her on the 4th and i could hear she wasn't as great as she normally is.

apparently they pulled the curtain down just before defying gravity because idina felt she would't be able to do it well enough. So kerry went on and did defying gravity as her first peice and apparently blew everyone away. so i'm really looking forward to seeing her in the new year.

Just been on youtube and it has the saturday evening performance of defying graivty (11th november i think) and it was AMZING gave me chills especially the end

that's what we were talking about just before when idina didn't sound as good on the 4th and that's why kerry was eventually palled n the next day.... kinda went slight :offtopic: but hey most of the chasts here do

There isn't any... yet! Once she takes over there will be, but not now. Unless someone has anything unofficial.

i was so nervous that idina might not be performing when i went! luckily she was and sounded amazing
i've seen a couple of videos of kerry though, and she seems reeeaaally good! her voice is quite similar to stephanie blocks but a little sweeter
