It just goes to show what a heap of ignoramouses the critics are. The Evening Standard had the gall to give Wicked NO STARS when it reviewed the show. But if you ask the people who really matter, the viewing public, and most particularly those who love musical theatre, Wicked comes out on top every time.

At the moment it has 49.6% of the Best Breakout New Musical vote and is thrashing everything else in site, including Spamalot, Avenue Q and Caroline or Change which have won all the critics plaudits and awards. But Wicked is coming out way in front in everything it has been voted for.

Maybe it helps that we're all voting for it more than once (tee hee hee) but I reckon we're only a small fraction of the people who are voting.

Re voting: just to confirm that the competition will only accept one set of votes from a particular computer, but you can vote again on any other computer. It's all to do with the computer's IP address, if that means anything to you!
